Update history to the Twizy PowerBox v2 made by Kenneth Nilsen Email: kennethnilsen69@me.com V2.15 1. The ON/OFF regen button now switches off Neutral regen and Footbrake regen. (Before it just turned off Neutral regen) V2.14 1. some small bug fix for T45. 2. The STOP charge did not work. is ok now V2.13 1. It is now allowed to drive without Powerbox connected in all 3 tuning levels again. but it is still recommended to always have the Power Box connected in Medium and MaxPower Tuning. Driving without the Power Box can damage your Twizy. If your Powerbox is stolen or broken, your Twizy will still be able to drive. V2.12 1. ToopSpeed Limit was reset by profile swapping. is now fixed. 2. You somtime got black screen when you enter the ToopSpeed Menu. should be fixed now :-). V2.11 1. Fixed a problem with Driving Mode Activated appears a little too often. V2.10 1. Fixed a problem with ToopSpeed Limit Menu. (You got black screen when you enter the ToopSpeed Menu). V2.09 1. Fixed a problem with the BMS function in the Powerbox. (at SOC over 96% and low temp). this gave a choppy acceleration at high SoC. 2. Changed the Bluetooth name from PowerBox to Powerbox so that it will also work with the iOS app. V2.08 1. just some cleanup and small fix V2.07 1. fixed a bug V2.06 1. Optimized for the app. it should now work with the app. 2. improved CAN-Bus communication 3. ECO Mode is now more like Original Tuning. 4. in Medium and maxPower Tuning it is now not allowed driving without Powerbox connected. Only Light tuning can drive without Powerbox. V2.03 1. You can now set your own top speed limit V2.00 1. Changed how it reads the remote control so it is now improved. 2. Fixed a problem that Powerbox must restart after using the Charging Level feature. 3. improved the CAN-bus reading V1.99 1. added more BT functions V1.98 1. Made a small change to the charging level feature V1.97 1. Fixed a problem that Powerbox occasionally enters charging mode when ignition is off and the car is not charging. V1.96 1. changed how it goes in and out of standby mode and Charging Mode 2. Now the Bluetooth API is finally ready. But we have no app yet for this V1.95 1. just minor improvements. V1.94 1. just minor improvements. V1.93 1. just minor improvements. V1.92 1. Fixed is the problem that not always R-Reduction gets write access to the controller when the ignition has been off V1.91 1. Fixed long press on button A. (It put the box in charging mode instead of R-Reduction on/off) V1.90 1. Added more battery info: The voltage of all 14 cells, The temperature of all 7 battery modules and voltage of the 12v battery. 2. To enable the charging function: Turn off the ignition and wait for the screen to go black, now hold down button D until you see "Charging Sceen Activated" (still in beta mode) 3. Charging level 7 is back (The old chargers can charge Level 7) Charging Level 7 is the default level. When it's on Level 7, it's your BMS that controls the charger and the Powerbox does nothing. When you change the charging Level to 1-6, the Powerbox tries to override your BMS. This does not always work 100% optimally and it is recommended after using this feature that you should turn off and on the Powerbox with the power button. 4. If you choose to use Stop at the desired SOC then this should work well. no reason to restart the Powerbox after using only this function. V1.84 1. Fixed an bug/issue with writing rights that could come after the car has been charging. 2. It now remembers the last charging level and the stop at desired SOC. You do now not have to adjust them every time you want to charge. 3. Added the Charging value in the Menu so you can now set default value when the car is not charging. 4. I have removed Charging level 7 because a Twizy can not charge more then Level 6 (2,100kWh) 5. The charging screen can now be disabled. Charging mode does not work 100% yet and is still in Beta phase. Occasionally Powerbox must be turned OFF and ON after it has been in charging mode. So for those who do not have Power button on the Powerbox, it's recommended to disable the Charging Display until it works 100% (the charging display is default set to OFF To switch it on, enter the menu and set it to ON) V1.83 1. Fixed torque hole around 30-40 km/h Acceleration from 0 upwards, the torque hole is now completely gone. But if you drive for about 30 km/h and then give full speed, you can still feel a little hole. This is only the reduction that limits the current to 400 amp. It not dangerous and hardly noticeable. 2. Added new charging home screen that comes automatically when you charge the car. 3. Added charging level. You can now choose between 7 charge levels 1. 1.6 A 400 W 2. 3.1 A 700 W 3. 4.7 A 1,050 W 4. 6.3 A 1,400 W 5. 7.8 A 1,750 W 6. 9.4 A 2,100 W 7. 10 A 2,230 W 4. Added Stop charging at desired SOC. V1.80 1. I have added a choice called Motor Temp Offset. This choice is for those who have incorrect display of the motor temp. To test if your motor controller sends out the correct motor temp, Do the following: Leave the car overnight so it is properly cooled. Then read the temperature around the car and then read the temperature shown on the Powerbox. These two should be quite similar. If it's a big difference, enter your difference in Motor Temp Offset on Powerbox. Differences is usual that the Powerbox displays to high temperature. (0 to 5 degrees difference is normal and does not need any adjustment) V1.70 1. Has now added a Tuning option that can convert a T80 to a T45. This choice is for those who wish to legally register their T80 as a T45 V1.60 1. Hmmm I do not remember what I did here :-)))))))) V1.50 1 Fixed a Nm problem. Some cars did not get more than a maximum of 71Nm. It is now fixed. V1.40 1. Motor temp and Battery temp are now displayed constantly on line 3. 2. Manual and Auto Mode are now displayed at the center of line 3 but [M] and [A] 4. Regen and R-Reduction ON/OFF Now appears as * character, next to [A] and [M] like this: Regeneration OFF *[A] R-Reduction OFF [A]* and Regeneration OFF and R-Reduction OFF *[A]* If the functions are ON then no * is displayed. 5. Fixed a problem that made the home screen update the CAN-Bus info a bit too slowly. V1.30 1. Fixed Auto and Manual Mode. It switched between Auto and Manual at too short press at the B button. It was difficult and choose Normal profile without switching between Auto of Manual mode. 2. Fixed an issue with Available Energy view at battery info Meny. V1.20: 1. Fixed some display and spelling mistakes V1.10: 1. First release
